Ashleigh Resetarits, a native of Buffalo, New York, began working with Linda George & Kathy Farinas in June 2009, after earning her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
Ashleigh works in all aspects of the firm’s asbestos and catastrophic personal injury litigation, including intake, case-work up, and trial preparation. She handles the firm’s wrongful death Estates and negotiates liens with Medicare/Medicaid and other private insurance companies. Before law school, Ashleigh attended the University of Kansas, and earned a M.A. in 2005 in Communications, which allows her to pursue another passion; marketing for the technological age. She actively promotes George & Farinas, LLP and it's presence on the Web, taking a large role in the publication of the Messenger Newsletter, website and YouTube page.
Ashleigh recieved her B.S. in 2003 from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Communication and Rhetorical Studies and Spanish. She proudly cheers the Syracuse Orange and Kansas Jayhawks during basketball seson...except when they are playing each other. During law school Ashleigh served at the Chief Jutice of the Robert E. Stanton Moot Court Board, and clerked for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, Major Felony division. Ashleigh has also been actively involved in the American Society of Trial Consultants.
She is a firm believer in being of service to others and finds working with George & Farinas, LLP clients and families extremely rewarding. In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her close-knit family and friends in downtown Indianapolis.
