Todd Barnes has been practicing since 2000 and began working with Linda George & Kathy Farinas in 2005. Todd works in both the workers compensation and complex litigation arenas. In 2010, he successfully argued Erwin v. Roe before the Indiana Court of Appeals, confirming essential protections from the hazards of lead poisoning for rental tenants & their minor children.
Todd is involved in all phases of personal injury and work place injury litigation from client intake, motion practice, depositions, trials, and appeals. Todd's goal for every client is to maximize their recovery in an honest, ethical, and timely manner. He understands the difficulties and traumas our clients face, and the stress a lawsuit can bring. He believes it is his job not to just know the law, but to guide injured clients and their families though the most difficult and trying times resulting from their injuries.
The values and importance Todd places on his own family form the basis for his drive to help others in their time of need. Todd moved from his home state of Michigan in 2005 to share his life with his wife Grace. Today, they live in Indianapolis with their three children, three cats, a bird, and too many fish to count.
